Who we are

About the Author

This collection of reflections and insights emerges from a life steeped in devotion to the Qur’an, the Ahl al-Bayt (‘alayhim as-salām), and the mission of da’wah. For over half a century, the author has been a committed voice in the North American Shi‘a Muslim community—a teacher, guide, and pioneer in religious scholarship, education, and outreach.

Drawing from a lifetime of attending and organizing Islamic programs across the United States, he offers a voice shaped by deep theological reflection, a love for the Prophet and his purified progeny, and an unshakable concern for moral and spiritual clarity. His efforts include founding one of the earliest Ithna ‘Ashari Sunday schools in the Washington, D.C. area, mentoring generations of youth, and remaining an active advocate for faith and family to this day.
